At ACHS we run one Meditation Teacher Training retreat a year in Melbourne. The retreats are led by Lisa Forde with the assistance of Julie Bond-Rowe and ACHS coaches.
Our meditation retreats are a real celebration of being together. In the retreats we seek to expand and deepen your practice by demonstrating the practice of various forms of meditation and providing opportunities to accelerate your personal development through personal reflection and questioning. Our goal is to help you create a deeper connection within that will translate into a more profound personal and professional practice. Some mindfulness practices and body based meditations are included as well as moving meditation, sound meditation, personal development practices and much more.
The retreat includes time for personal reflection as well as many opportunities to share with and be inspired by coaches and fellow students.
