A free guided experience – your Abundance Meditation

We all have dreams that we want to build.  We can expend tons of energy, time and money to try and make things happen, but ultimately it’s our state of being that determines the outcome; where we are at mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Abundance is a state of being. When you feel abundant, you attract more abundance into your life. I don’t just mean money, though that’s included. I also mean joy, fun, friendship, love and positive experiences. We are not always going to feel on top of the world, but there are times when we could do with a bit of help to remember the abundance that is already within and around us. It’s always here, we just need to be mindful of it. During my meditation time this morning, I created this abundance meditation.

It left me feeling absolutely amazing and brought me to a place where I felt a holistic connection to true abundance. Wow!
