The retreat was recorded in May 2013 at the Maitripa Buddhist Retreat Centre.  We enjoyed it so much, that we thought you might like to enjoy it at home as well.

The retreat is facilitated by Lisa Forde, director of the Australian Centre for Holistic Studies and author of the Certificate in Guiding and Teaching Meditation.
